Privacy policy
Last updated 2026-07-10
This policy describes what Cadenza collects and why, in plain language. Cadenza is in beta; if this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
What we collect
We collect only what the product needs to work:
- Account data: your email, and the name and avatar your sign-in provider shares (Google, GitHub, or magic link).
- Content you provide: briefs, Brand Memory facts, product URLs you ask us to read, and reference assets you upload.
- Generation records: shot plans, routing decisions, safety decisions, and provenance records for assets you generate.
- Operational logs: a hash chained audit log of generations, blocks, and publishes, kept for safety and accountability.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not train models on your private briefs or brand facts.
- We do not publish anything on your behalf without your explicit per-destination confirmation.
- We do not put analytics trackers on the site today. If that changes, this policy will say exactly what is collected, and prompt content will never be part of it.
Public sharing
Share pages are opt in. When you publish how a sequence was directed, brand facts, asset URLs, and account identifiers are scrubbed at the boundary before the page becomes public.
Third parties
Sign-in and profile storage use Supabase. Video generation routes shots to external model providers under a reviewable routing policy; providers receive the encoded shot direction, not your identity. Page extraction for product URLs uses a scraping service only for the URL you explicitly submit.
Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and associated content at any time from your profile or through the beta channel you joined with, and we will remove it within 30 days except where safety or legal obligations require a record of policy enforcement.
Contact
Questions about this policy can be raised through the beta channel you joined with, or by writing to the address published on the trust center once general availability opens.
