The service

Cadenza plans, generates, refines, and helps publish AI video sequences. During the beta, some capabilities are previews: live provider rendering, paid checkout, and live platform posting are enabled only when their integrations are wired, and the interface tells you which is which.

Your content

You keep ownership of the briefs, brand facts, and reference assets you provide, and of the outputs you generate to the extent the law allows. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you upload, including product imagery and likenesses.

You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service: storing your content, processing it through the generation pipeline, and displaying it back to you.

Acceptable use

Use of Cadenza is subject to the acceptable use policy. Political and election content is blocked, real person likeness requires consent, and attempts to evade safety controls may end your access.

Billing

Published tiers describe included finished videos and overage behavior. Paid checkout is not live during the current beta phase; nothing is charged until it is, and estimates are shown before billable work begins once it is. Failed jobs are not counted as finished videos.

Provenance and disclosure

Generated assets carry provenance manifests, watermarks, and disclosure flags. Removing or obscuring them to misrepresent synthetic media as authentic is a violation of these terms.

Disclaimers

The beta is provided as is, without warranties. Model outputs can be wrong, weird, or unusable; the direction layer reduces waste but does not guarantee results. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim, which during an unpaid beta is zero.

Changes and termination

We can update these terms as the beta evolves; the date above changes when we do, and material changes will be announced. You can stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms or the acceptable use policy.
